Application:
The CNC gantry drilling and milling machine is primarily engineered
for drilling, chamfering, tapping, and milling of plates and
structural components, including flanges, discs, rings, and plates,
with workpiece thicknesses within the effective processing range.
It enables the drilling of through holes and blind holes in both
single-material parts and composite materials. The machining
process is digitally controlled for enhanced operational
convenience, and it supports automated, high-precision production
across multiple varieties and in large quantities.
Equipment Structure:
It is primarily composed of a bed worktable, a mobile gantry, a
mobile slide saddle, a drilling and milling power head, an
automatic lubrication device, a protective device, a circulating
cooling device, a numerical control system, an electrical system,
and other components. Supported and guided by rolling guide pairs
and driven by precision lead screw pairs, the machine tool achieves
high positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy.
Machine Bed and Workbench:
The machine bed undergoes welding, followed by annealing and
precision machining, resulting in exceptional dynamic and static
rigidity with zero deformation. Two high-precision linear guides
are mounted on both sides of the bed base, ensuring uniform force
distribution on the guide sliders and significantly enhancing the
machine tool's rigidity, tensile strength, and compressive
resistance. The drive system employs AC servo motors paired with
precision ball screw assemblies for double-sided drive, enabling
the gantry to move along the Y-axis. Additionally, the workbench is
equipped with a hydraulic cylinder clamping system.
Drilling Head:
The drilling power head utilizes a dedicated servo spindle motor,
which transmits power to a specialized precision spindle via a
toothed synchronous belt to enhance torque output. The spindle is
equipped with a Japanese angular contact bearing configuration
(four rows at the front and two rows at the rear), enabling
stepless speed adjustment. A pneumatic tool-changing system is
integrated into the spindle, ensuring rapid and convenient tool
replacement.
Feed movement is driven by a servo motor in conjunction with a ball screw. The X and Y axes support linkage functionality and employ semi-closed-loop control, enabling linear and circular interpolation operations. The spindle end features a BT50 taper hole, fitted with a high-speed rotary joint, and is capable of processing with a high-speed U-drill featuring a center outlet.
