Product Introduction:

Feature and consist parts:
1. Loading Section:
This section is primarily comprised of a horizontal transport table
and a rotating loading unit.
(1) The horizontal transport table operates via sprockets and
chains, ensuring the synchronization of three chains with shift
blocks. This design ensures stable and low-noise conveying of angle
steel during the process.
(2) The rotating loading unit is driven by sprockets and chains,
utilizing a long shaft and a custom coupling to synchronize three
rotating arms with reclaiming claws. This system transports the
angle steel from the material table's trough to the feeding channel
for further processing.
2. Feeding Section:
This section mainly consists of the feeding channel and the CNC
trolley unit.
(1) The feeding channel includes conveying rollers, support
brackets, transmission racks, and moving raceways.
(2) The feeding trolley comprises a moving body, a clamper, a
clamping cylinder, a swing cylinder, a servo motor, and an encoder.
During operation, the feeding trolley is guided by rails on both
the plane and side of the drive rack within the feeding channel,
moving the clamper according to instructions from the control
system.

3. Main Components of the Machine:
This section is composed of the angle steel pressing unit, marking
unit, punching unit, and shearing unit.
(1) The primary function of the pressing unit is to secure the
angle steel in place, preventing any deviation that could lead to
inaccuracies during the process.
(2) The marking unit is capable of exchanging the positions of four
character boxes. Based on the computer's instructions, it marks the
angle steel at the specified locations according to the drawing. A
manual adjustment mechanism is included to facilitate easy
repositioning of the character heads, allowing for adaptability to
different specifications of angle steel.
(3) The punching unit is designed with three different punch
specifications on each side. Each punch is equipped with an air
cylinder, and a cushioning block is positioned on the piston rod of
the air cylinder, situated between the punching rod and the
hydraulic cylinder's pressing head. Based on computer instructions,
the appropriate punch is automatically selected by activating the
corresponding air cylinder, which then pushes the cushion block to
choose the correct punch.
(4) The shearing unit consists of a frame structure, a shearing
cylinder, an upper knife mechanism, and a lower knife mechanism.
The lower knife mechanism can be adjusted to control the gap
according to the thickness of the angle steel, ensuring
high-quality cuts.

4. Unloading Section for Finished Products:
This section is made up of workpiece support rollers and a turning cylinder. Using the control buttons on the control station, the processed workpieces are rotated and placed on either the left or right side as required.
5. Hydraulic Station:
The hydraulic station comprises an oil tank, high and low-pressure pump units, a cooler, a main valve assembly, and various other control valve groups. Its purpose is to supply hydraulic power to each oil cylinder of the machine. The cooling system employs oil cooling technology to ensure effective cooling and maintain the oil's quality.

6. Electrical Control System:
The electrical control system consists of an electrical operation
cabinet, an operation box, and a trolley operating station.
(1) The host computer is equipped with control software that allows
input of processing parameters for programming. The computer can
also recognize program files generated from CAD or CAM systems.
(2) The system uses a Mitsubishi Electric PLC from Japan as the
core control unit, integrated with a three-axis CNC module. This
forms a position control loop with the X, A, and B axis servos,
enhancing the integration of the PLC and CNC to significantly
improve system reliability.
(3) The X, A, and B axis drives are powered by advanced AC
brushless servo motors, ensuring high-speed, precise positioning
and requiring no maintenance.
(4) The control software continuously monitors the machine’s
operation. In the event of a fault, the screen displays a detailed
description of the issue along with suggested troubleshooting
steps.
